TW | how i lost 33 pounds, my #4na_hacks..

idek how to format this so brain dump:

i live abroad with my dad most of the year and go back home a few times in the year (its harder to ⭐️ve back home)

first step i got a scale to hold myself accountable and a food scale to log my cals properly

i gained sm weight from freshman15 + relationship weight and i was severly unhappy with how i looked like. i also have an almond mom that kept calling me fat and being the stubborn person i was i made it my mission to be sickly skinny 💞 (goal not achieved yet)

from February to May i was really high res. i was eating 200-500 c , walking minimum of 10k steps and tried to workout everyday and i made sure to have a metab day every friday, those were impossible bc i was in my honeymoon phase and couldn’t make myself eat.

i try to always take the longer way to uni and only use the stairs. i try to squeeze in any type of movement.

i stop eating usually at 5-6pm and start eating in the morning at 10am-12pm instead of doing longer fasts bc those never work for me (it always leads to a b/ng3)

i got so used to small portions so thats all i have i prioritize proteins and vegs bc they make me full for longer and prevent blood sugar spikes. right now im eating 500-800 c and im trying to decrease. im dont rlly have time to workout so i try to have at least 10k steps a day and keep my mouth shut🙏
