       ---- “Ohhh...! You shouldn’t have-!”

Lord Dominator gently takes the rock into her claws- perfectly sharp points grasping it oh-so delicately, so as not to pierce the sparkling stone. She turns it around, almost admiringly so; her eyes glittering with her own inner beauty. A radiant sort of joy. 

... It isn’t long, however, before the rock is engulfed in FLAMES. Her smile widens into a smirk, and then an outright grin- fangs revealing themselves as the fire reflects in her crimson gaze. 

A sickening delight overtakes her then, and she CACKLES in the light of destruction. Pure and simple.

Wiping her hands clean of the ash that the gift has now become, she lets out a sigh of relief as it visibly washes over her. 

--- “Ah... Thanks! Seriously, I was looking for something to mindlessly burn, just then.”

She stares down at the little Gem, eyeing her suspiciously for a moment before kneeling down; her head tilting to the side.

               --- “Ha- HA - !” 

       Somehow, someway, the question was humorous, to her. Lord Dominator simply waves a hand, as if attempting to shoo the (incredibly valid) inquiry to the wayside. 

              --- “MAN, that is too funny! What?! Do you SERIOUSLY expect like, EVERY single species to eventually go to WAR with each other over opposing opinions?! Been there, done that!” 

     --- “Several treaties were put into place, some basic laws, yadda-yadda-who cares. I mean, we got INTO that whole mess DUE to all of our fighting and arguing. Why cause more bloodshed when they could just work together, but separate?”

          --- “See, if there’s ONE thing my people were good at, it was learning from their past mistakes. Unlike some people.”

Trailing off, Lord Dominator needed a moment to let her mind wander- various variations of quick explanations swirling about her head before she offers up a simple SNAP of her fingers; a shrug following suit. 

--- “Eh- well, simple in THEORY, anyway. To just sum it all up: peace treaty. Of course, there’s a TON more I could say on the matter, but-”
