1. If you’ve followed me for a while you know Lavender’s last name used to be Schnapps, but I recently changed it to Pitch for story reasons. Lavender is the heiress to the Pitch Ink & Well Company, the largest producer and distributor of ink in the world.  The company was founded by her ancestor Phantom Pitch.

2. Lavender was the first heiress to take over the legacy without a spouse.  Her parents had chosen several potential suitors throughout her teen and early adult years, but each arrangements would be called off within days of their first meeting.  Her sabotage ranged from completely ignoring the person, to physically fighting them.  As the only eligible heir, her parents were forced to give up and she vowed that no descendant would be forced into a marriage they didn’t want.

3. Lavender only had one sister, named Mantis who is five years younger than her. Their mother died shortly after giving birth, but Lavender never held it against her like their father did.  From the moment Mantis learned to walk Lavender would bring her with her everywhere; teaching her how to act and how to speak, showing her the safest way to navigate the high society life they were born into.  Though even with all her supervision Mantis still grew into a wild party girl, escaping the reality of their lives at every opportunity where Lavender would choose to embrace and control it. 

4. Lavender had twelve children during her time as heir- as soon as her daughter Scarlett was born and was determined the next heir, Lavender abandoned her leaving her to be raised by her eldest daughter Amethyst, who was practically a clone of their mother.         When asked after the fact, Amethyst said she was not at all surprised by her mother’s actions, stating;         “There was an envelope and a set of black contacts by Scarlett’s crib two days after she was born.  I knew what she had done before even opening the letter.”           The truth was only discovered years later after officers pulled two bodies from a wrecked vehicle that had crashed through a guard rail and plummeted down the cliff side killing both occupants.  The driver was identified as a werewolf named Lemon Lime, Lavender’s lover and father of her third and fourth children. 

5.  Her favorite color is was green :)
