CAO STATEMENT
āFrom the womb of pain and suffering the creativity is bornā this is what I am telling myself daily.
I am a Full-Time student in TU DUBLIN, I am doing the Access Foundation Programme this year hoping to go to the college next year.
I have studied Electrical Engineering for three years in my country in Aleppo University but I could not finish it because of the war running out there.
I really like this programme I have learned a lot of things in it and I want to apply what I have learned in the college.
I really love Electrical Engineering but thanks to this programme and the lectures in it they opened my eyes to new options like Computer Science and I started to like this field I found myself in it, I loved coding and programming and loved the networking field.
I hope after graduation from the university to find a proper job and settle down and have a good life quiet and peaceful. Ā Ā

CONFLICTS
Hello everyone and welcome to new blog. We will be talking today about the Conflicts and how to deal with conflicts in the future.
Letās all agree that the conflicts not good or bad and we need it in our life to raise problems and surface issues, energies work, it can motivate people to participate, gives people an opportunity to recognize the strength in difference.
And it is bad when It hampers productivity, lowers morale, causes more and continued conflict, causes inappropriate behavior, escalates to involve more people in a negative way.
As we learned there are four types of conflicts:
1-Ā Ā Ā Ā Intrapersonal:
2-Ā Ā Ā Ā Interpersonal
3-Ā Ā Ā Ā Intragroup
4-Ā Ā Ā Ā Intergroup
In my opinion the Intrapersonal conflicts is the hardest to deal with because sometimes you must conflict with yourself about a lot of things.
How to deal with conflicts?
Cooperation: Re framing the problem together, generating options, choosing, evaluating.
Communication: Listening with empathy, sense of recognition, respectful assertiveness to express own perceptions, needs, fears focusing on problems and not attacking person or group.
Affirmation: Self-respect and respect for others.
In conclusion I would say that the conflicts are very important in our life and the way we deal with it will be the way that things go to so I would recommend all people to be very wise when conflicting with others.

How To Make A Decision
Hi everyone and welcome back to the blog today we will be talking about the decision making and what should we consider when making any decision.
In everyday we need to make some decisions simple or hard but you have to make some decisions like what type of food you want for breakfast or what bus you are going to take or what type of coffee you would drink those are simple unharmful decisions but when it come to the real decisions those that will effect you destiny or change your future there are some factors you should consider:
1- Importance of the task
2- Urgency of the task
3- The implications of not attempting or completing the task
Importance of the task: we should know the importance of the thing that you going to make decision about like comparing what type of coffee you want to drink with what college you want to attend you can see the priority.
Urgency of the task: this is very related to the time management you canāt leave till the last day and except yourself to make a good decision.
The implications of not attempting or completing the task: why sometimes we cannot attempt or complete tasks:
Ā Lack of Motivation
Ā Fear
Ā Not clear about what is expected
Ā Not having the skills required to complete the task
Ā No understanding of the implications of not completing the task
Ā Feeling āIāve left it too lateā
Ā Mood (feeling lazy! ā why?)
In general, we need to consider those factors when making any decision in future.

Group Work
Hello everyone and welcome back to the third blog and third topic. Today we will be talking about the groups and working in the groups and what I have learned about myself with working in groups.
In general, I didnāt like to work in groups for real and in my country and my university we didnāt use to work in groups at all except the graduation project and the group will be just two persons working together to do it. It is not because I am arrogant or something but I didnāt use to do that at all in whole my life it is very important to consider the main idea of the group like with who I am dealing and what type of persons they are like we took in the lecture there is major six types of persons you would deal with them all the time: The know it all, the passives, the dictators, the yes people, the no people, the grippers .
I canāt consider myself as one of them, but I can say like I am very close to the yes people type, I like to hear all the ideas and opinion and ready for discussion always and here is my test for the group working.

Theory of Intelligence
Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog, today we will talk about some of Gardnerās Theory of Intelligence that has been written by Prof. Howard Gardner which basically talk about the different types of the Intelligence.
There is no such thing called stupid person and intelligent person, but there is a smart person at one kind of the eight types of the intelligence and not smart in the others or there are some kind of people can have more than one type at the same time.
For the eight types of the Intelligence they are:
Verbal-Linguistic
Logical-Mathematical
Visual-Spatial
Bodily-Kinesthetic
Musical
Naturalist
Interpersonal
Intrapersonal
For myself I can find inside me more than one of them for example I have the Verbal-Linguistic because I write sometimes some poetry, also Logical-Mathematical I really like Math with all it branches and also Interpersonal sometimes I teach things to people and they can understand it from me better than their own teachers.
So in the end nobody is perfect but anyone can work on him/herself to have more than one Intelligence.

Health
Why do we care about our life? This question coming to our mind every single day sometimes we answer it, sometimes we ignore it, but in general, we answer it with: Because I donāt want to die early so I will tell you about my story.
I was living a massy life reckless about everything especially when it comes to the food, I usually donāt eat everything, a lot of food types I donāt like them, and I was depending on the junk food and a huge amount of soft drinks but I was getting by anyway when I came to Ireland the main problems showed Tired all the time, stress, bad memory, and insomnia.
Why? Vitamin D deficiency this was the man issue, and Iron deficiency as well and overweight for sure Because of laying down doing nothing and no sun or exercise, and now I started my college I donāt that to effect on my degree so I will start doing some exercises like walking and stop junk food and soft drink as well and take some Vitamin D pills 2000 UI per day and try to set my calories to reach 2500 Kal per day by calculating them with some apps and also put some Fruits and Vegetables in my food.
