⭐️ we all start somewhere ⭐️ • What really matters is starting, and then keep going! • I was an emotional eater, lived a sedentary lifestyle, and didn’t have much motivation to make change in my life • One day it hit me. I had two choices- 1. Lay down and give up or 2. Get up and keep going • Now I’ve found self-love in taking care of my health. Focusing on health (rather than wanting to be ‘skinny’) was a game changer for me • All my decisions followed health... I would ask myself if the food I was eating was healthy for me? Are the activities I’m participating healthy for me?
