Cemil is a angelic parasite; a creature of pure light who feeds from human souls to survive. Taryn is a Singularity; a literal manifestation of a black hole who feeds from the negativity befalling creation. Their paths eventually cross as their needs drive them to one another. Cemil inadvertently causes disasters wherever he goes before realizing that he can feed from the event horizon of Taryn's soul without harming her. Taryn benefits from Cemil's messes and tragic existence in the same way that a vulture benefits from roadkill. Their adventures through a dying world bring them together in an unforeseen mutualism.

Happy Finale of Owl House! I drew the bad guy instead of any of the amazing good characters, as one does.

I had an idea of a starving Miniel encountering a terrified orphan child. The child watched her parents get their life drained from them in an instant after getting jumped by a flock of ravenous angels. Miniel first tries to rationalize with the traumatized child that Feeding will make them happy forever and asks them not to cry... but their tears eventually overwhelm her with remorse and shame. She even tries transforming in an attempt to have her angelic form soothe/ strike the kid with awe like it normally does to humans who are exposed to her...but the kid just curls up into a ball and sobs even harder as they shield their eyes from her light. Her face crumples and she gently rests her trembling ethereal hands on the kid and soothingly strokes at their aura while they sob. Still trying to console the kid. The kid begins hysterically wailing at her angelic touch and begs her not to consume her soul. Miniel finally breaks, shifting back to human form and slowly leaning down and wrapping the child up in her arms. The kid is pressed so tight to her chest that she can hear Miniel's heart pounding. She reassures the kid that she won't feed from them and apologizes for scaring them. The kid isn't really convinced, but she's much too weak from physical/emotional exhaustion, dehydration, and starvation to run or seriously fight Miniel's grip.
Eris has been closely following and observing this child, as she is greatly attracted to familial tragedy. Seeing Miniel go against her nature and take pity on the child convinces Eris to later approach Miniel with the invitation to join her "family".

Since Cemil is immortal, I could imagine him getting a doctorate/phD in every single degree of science he had an interest in. I would definitely say he would be a (micro)biologist/surgeon of all types, psychologist and what else. Taryn would totally let him exclusively experiment on her. (He's examining her cells in the picture.) He'd be keenly interested in studying her molecular biology as well as her blood cells whenever she's in human form. He'd also want to perform scans on her brain.
He finally managed to make a breakthrough.

Random sketches along with an introduction to the “Angel Family” and their singularity Eris. Eris runs the trio and feeds them all in exchange for their loyalty, company, and servitude. Eris is a big softie for animals and is eager about having her own little family unit. They all travel as a team.
Different designs for Eris because I couldn’t decide a finite hair color and overall color.
Also enjoy a teeny Cemil and a hungry Cemil.

Run angels. R u n.
Angel Hunter Elliot has joined the battle!
I basically was joking with chat how Elliot could be in the celestial mutualism universe as this vigilante angel hunter that the leech angels wouldn’t be freaking expecting.
Imagine you’re an angel going out to eat a human snack when a rainbow robot twink suddenly strolls up to you and pops a cap in your ass. Nobody expects the rainbow twink. The fact that Elliot would be soulless machine would also mean that the angels can’t just rip out his energy. They got to fight him human style. XDD
Elliot is proud of his killing outfit and bedazzled guns. One’s gotta kill with style~

Deora and Isda
Here's Deora. Her name literally translates to "to cry". She’s actually pretty cheerful! She loves to play therapist and listen to people's problems as she eats their sorrow. She actually appears to them and listens to em instead of passively feeding from the shadows. Her hair is based on a flower known as "angel's tears". She has talked down many a suicidal person. She's soft and actually has a light in her eyes...which is unlike most singularities. As in: Her eyes look alive.
She of course has an angel lover: Isda.
Isda is a very reserved stony type. She's the definition of heartless authoritarian bitch... And she's absolutely miserable. She feels alone and is too wary of the power struggle between angelic ranks to show emotional weakness. She's a super high ranking angel And most Angel's bottomline grapple for more status and power. Buuuut, Deora caught on to her personal dilemma and became all too eager to want to help. She initially only talked to her from the shadows. Briefly possessing human assistants and the like through their shadow and speaking to her in a few encouraging words.
"you feel alone."
"You're craving untethered love"
And then blatantly "I could love you...if you opened your heart to me."
It understandably freaked Isda out. Cuz a person's eyes would just fill with darkness and they would speak to her in a very stilted manner before blinking in confusion and returning to normal. Completely unaware they were ever possessed or had even said anything.

Various assorted doodles of the (soon to be renamed) antagonist Raziel. I love drawing him suffering cuz I’m a cruel god. He’s feeding, getting rejected by a girl, going insane, and starving. Angels start looking pretty droopy and creepy when they go without feeding for a while.
