I know there are some other versions of that Elie Saab dresses created by other creators, but I love all of them and I did them by myself. So I thought, why not? There are a lot of common CC, so I decided to upload. Hope you like my version of them!

The Sims 4: Prom Mod Custom Event!

It’s finally ready!  I’m proud to present The Sims 4: Prom Mod!  Take your Sims to prom, throw the party of a lifetime and win the title or Prom King or Queen! <3

This game play mod includes:

The ability to throw and attend a prom event for teens!

Invite up to 40 teens (and any teens in your household!)- any teen in the town can be invited, not just the ones you know!

New party role: “Chaperone”

Custom goals to complete during the prom

Custom rewards for bronze, silver and gold parties (new objects created by me and a conversion of the Prom Crown from TS3 Generations!)

Prom rewards are interactive objects, which only Sims who attended prom can obtain buffs from!

Tons of new buffs/moodlets for attending prom!  Sims with certain traits will have different reactions to attending prom, so everyone can have a unique experience!

New buffs for bronze, silver and gold parties

Even Chaperones will have custom buffs/moodlets from their prom experience!

A custom whim for teens to “go to prom”

Proms can be thrown on Generic Lots, so random adults/un-invited Sims won’t show up.  DJs (if you have Get Together) and Bartenders will already be there when your Sims arrive!

A Prom venue, made by me, which you can place in your game!  Comes with everything you need to have an amazing prom; food, drinks, stereos, dance floor, DJ booth, bar, tables, chairs, and photo studio (you need to have Luxury Party Stuff, Get Together, and Get To Work for most items to show up!)

…or, build your own prom venue (or turn any lot in your town to Generic) to throw your prom!

This mod is base game compatible.  It doesn’t override anything, except for the ability for Bartenders and DJ’s to show up on Generic lots.  If you have a mod which changes the tuning to Generic lots (I can’t really think of any off the top of my head), then it will simply override that and add DJ’s/Bartenders to your generic lots.  Otherwise, this mod should not conflict with any other mods.  

There’s an additional package file called 20 Sims Cap Remover.  Leave this in your download folder if you plan on inviting the maximum number of Sims to your prom (otherwise, the game will only allow 20 Sims to be on the lot at one time).  If you already have one of these from another mod (Like weerbesu’s Longer Parties & More Guests), feel free to delete my file.

TUTORIAL: How to Remove Background from Difficult Sims Hair in Photoshop

Have you taken a screenshot of a sim with CC alpha hair and wanted to change the background but can’t seem to get rid of the background between the hairs easily? This tutorial will help you! I’m going to show you how i made my background green to grey using Photoshop CC 2015.

IMPORTANT!: Make sure you take your picture in front of a solid color. In CAS, make sure you have a solid background color, if you don’t you can download one. In Game, take your picture with your sim in front of a wall with a solid color wallpaper that is different from your sims hair color.

TIP!: If your sims hair is blonde or a light shade, it will make it easier if you take the picture in front of a dark color (Navy Blue, Dark Green). If your sims hair is brown or a dark shade, take the picture in front of a light color.

Step 1:

Open up Photoshop and then hit “Open”. Select your image on your computer.

Step 2:

Now, you need to change your image from being the background to being a layer. 

Right click on the background in the panel on the right hand side shown here:

Once you’ve right clicked, a pop up menu will show up with options. Select “Convert to Smart object”

Then, right click it again and select “Rasterize Layer”

Step 3:

First, select the magic wand tool on the left.

Then, left click the solid color background with the magic wand. There should now be black lines surrounding your sim like this:

Now, hit “delete” on your keyboard and the background should go away around your sim but not between the hairs. It should now look something like this:

Step 4:

Next, select the eyedropper tool on the left and left click on your sims hair.

Step 5:

Select the background eraser tool on the left. Make sure “Hardness” is set to 100% and “Spacing” is set to 25%. Then, make sure you have selected “Protect Foreground Color” at the top.

Step 6:

Now, left click the background color between the hairs and hold. Now paint away all the background color like I’m doing here:

Step 7:

You can now drag in any background you want from your computer and place it in Photoshop. Then BOOM! You now have a new background behind your sim.

Kids Stuff Pack Recolors 1/3 “Fantasy” by Simtastique.

Soo I recently noticed I made this Blog some time ago (when I tried and failed to create for Sims 3) and seeing as I got into Sims 4 not to long ago I thought why not use it to share my stuff. So here’s my first set, I made two more sets of recolors for the Kids Stuff Pack and I’m ordering them/Assign correct Tags etc. in the next days. Also Clutter/Decoratives for this one follow either today or tomorrow ! The Sims 4: Disney Princess Bedroom Set 2.0!

One of the first sets I made was a Disney Princess bedroom set using artwork by Adrian Mentus. I recently saw someone use the beds in a screenshot, and it gave me the idea to update the set now that I know more about CC. Though I’m still proud of my original set, I definitely knew I could make some improvements, and I added quite a few more recolors and some new meshes as well :)

If you downloaded the original set, you can also have this one in too- there are only two objects that “overlap” (posters and rug); the rest are all new to this set.
