honestly, i need to let myself be angrier. my body is furious at me for pretending to be so unperturbed while i'm actively going through pain and what my brain interprets as unfairness. maybe if i let myself reach the bottom of agony, the accompanying wrath will serve as a driving force out of the bad place.
