REUSE for Sustainability
Tote bags/Eco bags are environmentally friendly, and do not harm the environment. These bags are not only biodegradable, but they also return useful nutrients to the soil, completing the nutrient cycle. As a result, this is the best replacement for all of the synthetic, nonbiodegradable, hazardous bags we use on a regular basis.

REUSE for Sustainability
Sustainable living is a lifestyle that attempts to lessen and reduce the use of natural resources. It is the understanding that every choice has an impact on the planet.
Containers (plastic bags, boxes, bottles, and more) can be reused again in the same form—and it is a choice that helps mitigate contamination, pollution, resource depletion, and even environmental scarcity.
It is one of the best ways to stop waste from filling the dumpsters, and there are opportunities, even in the comforts of our homes—to put it into practice every day. With efforts of conservation and saving energy, there will surely be a cleaner world with enough resources for the next generations.
SUPPORT OUR CAUSE.

REUSE for Sustainability
One of the main advantages of sustainable living is that it contributes to preserving the environment for the coming generations. As more individuals adopt sustainable lifestyles, greenhouse gas emissions fall, aiding in the future healing of the earth. Reusing resources such donating used books is one of the best examples. In other words, reusing them in their original form more than once rather than discarding them after each use. Donating used books prevents new books from being used for an extended period and, thus, prevents the old ones from entering the trash stream.
COME AND JOIN US IN OUR CAUSE!

REUSE for Sustainability
The advantage of keeping your appliances in good condition is that it prolongs their lifespan; regular appliance maintenance ensures that they function appropriately and do not wear out more quickly. They will live longer and be more sustainable in the future if they are maintained. This practice helps us save and reuse, saving not only on utility bills but also in other resources too.

REUSE for Sustainability
"Repair, Recylce, Repurpose". There's a lot of things we can do to reuse our used clothes such as; donating it, make it as cleaning rag, use it as crafting material, or tie dye it. Also there's a lot of advantages of reusing used clothes and one example is it reduces greenhouse gases. We have to be careful on what we do to our clothes and know to save and reuse and remember to reuse for sustainability.

BODY NEUTRALITY: DOING SOMETHING NICE TO YOUR BODY
Body Neutrality isn't just the way how big, small or the body shape you have it has different sort of branches to be accomplish and it incorporates how do you accept your height. Up to this point I feel inferior because of my height since I am now a college student , and it doesn't feel as am I, yet with our chosen theme I'm trusting that I will explore to genuinely accept it. I can recall that I have no issue about it except to those people whose making it hard to accept your flows or even make it an issue despite the fact that it's not, "the more they spotlight my weaknesses, the bigger and stronger the voices become". With this Body Neutrality movement, I am hoping that everybody will be encouraged to recognize all our body and how capable it is, and in any event, recognizing it the days or ways your body doesn't function well for you.

Body Neutrality: Journey to a Different Outlook
Tumblr media
In this blog, we will highlight how Body Neutrality is a healthier way of judging our bodies. We will shift our perspectives from the mainstream concept of body positivity and talk about body neutrality which is more on a healthier mindset. For an overview, unlike body positivity and its mainstream success, body neutrality does not focus on our body appearances. Instead, it focuses on what our body can do and how it can provide for us rather than just our outward appearance. Furthermore, body positivity, on the other hand, focuses on emotions, and body neutrality focuses on actions. In which emotions fluctuate, and actions are facts. Therefore, through this page, we need to talk about body neutrality and start practicing it over body positivity because it is a better way to love our bodies for what it does for us and not how we feel about them. - Farinas, Brigiette Marie A.

BODY NEUTRALITY: SHIFTING MINDSET
Let's discuss the subject of the body. How do you feel about your body? Are you comfortable? Being kind to and accepting of oneself is the hardest thing to do. Body neutrality is the belief that all bodies are deserving of respect. It's a mindset that can help you move forward in life and feel confident while doing so. No matter our shape, we can still appear self-confident and should not be ashamed of our bodies. That's why we're writing this blog, to preach about accepting yourself, loving yourself the way you are, and having positive self-esteem regardless of your "shape". Any individual's self-esteem shouldn't be impacted by their height, weight, or body type. Everyone needs to be body positive in order to be happy. You are the only one who can decide whether you are happy or not, so happiness and self-esteem are closely intertwined. Therefore, keep in mind that your biggest asset will never allow yourself to feel inadequate or humiliated because of it, even if you believe that by looking at your physique you don't deserve it.

"Loving my body is hard, accepting it is the least I can do."
Tumblr media
Although we preach about loving our bodies almost every other day, no matter the size, there is an awareness that it takes a lot to truly and finally accept ourselves and how we look.
We are full of flaws.
We are no dolls.
We are humans.
And that is okay.
Our blog, 5body-neutrality, is about Body Neutrality and its wonders for well-being. It encourages acceptance of our body as it is an appreciation of its exceptional capacities and non-physical traits rather than the physical look. Body neutrality refers to having an unbiased attitude toward the body, which indicates that we are not required to develop a love for our body or believe that we must love our body constantly.
We don't have to love or hate our bodies. We might not physically like the way it is now, but it does its job.
And it's more than enough.

"You have been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn't worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens." -Louise Hay
You are neither sad or happy about how your body looks. Body neutrality is about accepting and not minding how you look. Happiness has nothing to do with the way your body looked and shaped. It is all about acceptance and just be comfortable with our bodies. - Tabelon, Shantal Marie M.
