Always Be Kind
Today marks the 1yr anniversary of my little brother's death. He struggled with mental health, which resulted in addiction. He was recently on the mend, and out of rehab when he relapsed and did a line of coke. The coke itself wouldn't have killed him, but the fentanyl laced in it did. This pain of loss sucks balls, and it's destroyed my family. I don't want anyone else to go through this. If you need help, a hug, a talk off the ledge, or even a dirty joke, just ask. If you're struggling with mental health or addiction please ask for help. It's more available than you know. So always be kind, for everyone is fighting a hard battle.
