o_o what... the... hell... I noticed that Neopets was down but I had no idea why. It really sucks that they kicked out the people working there, but I still kinda feel bad for the kids (YES 13-YEAR-OLDS ARE STILL KIDS) who got exposed to stuff like that. They are way too young to be exposed to something like that. I found this post a little nauseating to be honest. There are other ways to protest against the firing of employees. This was not very cool. Maybe I'm better off alone in there (I posted a week ago asking if someone would like to add me as a friend as I have none) if there are people like that in there. :'D

NEOPETS IS NOW THE ESSENCE OF CHAOS.

This is fucking amazing, guys. I’ve never even been into Neopets and this is magical for me. Basically, Neopets was sold to Jumpstart (an “edutainment” company). That’s all well and good, except for the fact that Jumpstart fired every single one of the admins and moderators (for many of whom it was a paying job, btw) without any prior warning; they thought that their word filter could take care of everything.

That wasn’t the case.

Neopets now consists of nothing but shitposting. And this isn’t a 4chan raid; these are longtime members who are sick and tired of the way they’ve been treated over the years and angry about what happened to their staff. People who have been members since fucking 2004 are now perfectly happy with throwing their accounts away if it means they can shitpost and run rampant for a while. I’ve never seen anything like this before. Neopets is going out not with a whimper but with a bang. The Neopocalypse has begun.
