ᎷᎬᎪᏞ ᎠᏆᎪᎡY… Hey fam today 🙋🏻‍♀️ I’m sharing with you my meal diary … This is just to give you an idea of what I eat… I try to incorporate as much veggies as I can… 80% of my meals are plant based as I find I feel my best eating this way... 💫MEAL 1 Low fat greek yoghurt with stevia, frozen blueberries, toasted muesli & shredded coconut 🥥. 💫MEAL 2 2 boiled eggs 🥚, 2 mini truss tomatoes 🍅 & a handful of snow peas. 💫MEAL 3 Black beans, lettuce 🥬, corn 🌽, spanish onion, cherry tomatoes 🍅 & avocado 🥑. 💫MEAL 4 Zucchini noodles with capsicum 🌶, onion, mushrooms 🍄, olives, feta cheese in a red based herbed sauce. In addition to these meals I will have 2 snacks between meals. Generally I snack on fruit either a bowl of strawberries, grapes or an apple. Most know I don’t count my calories but I did just so I can give you a rough estimate. This was 1350 calories not including my fruit snacks... This isn’t true.
