This is what today is all about! A fresh start!
Slept in and woke well rested, just had a healthy brunch after my weigh-in and checking my body messurements (-Wich I鈥檝e been dreading! They where dishartening, but not quite as bad as expected.)
Heading to the gym now!
Today is all about making healthy choices and taking care of myself.

Planning a KILLER kick off workout tomorrow !!! Starting off with leg day, of course with the mandatory SQUATS and (straight) DEADLIFTS! I'm designing a session where I'll focus on muscular unevenness in the legs, adding exercises that will challenge the legs independently. Posting the entire work out routine tomorrow!

Bah...... I've had migraine since Monday. No working out. Also ate a lot of chocolate today. Feel like starting over. -Again. Tomorrow my goal is to complete a workout as long as I don't have a severe attac! My second goal is to post the rules of my challenge!

Focusing on my squat technique still, but my (straight) dead lifts was heavy as hell!
Next time: conquer my don鈥檛-want-to-do-exercise right now, -hip thrusts.
