Tickets to The Eras Tour Lisbon

Hey @taylorswift, I know you probably won’t see this but I’ve been a fan for so long I’ve been waiting for more than 10years to see you in concert as I know so many other fans have… Because of you I joined my university’s band and learned to play guitar, and love music and your music makes my life easier it has helped me go through so many bad moments and has accompanied me during happy moments as well as I know it has for so many other fans of yours.

I don’t know if you know what happened with the sale in Portugal today and I know there’s always going to be issues and resellers and fans that won’t be able to get tickets and I know you always fight for us and do everything no matter how impossible it may seem for us but I feel like I need to tell you what happened during today’s ticket sale… First the codes were sent randomly and I know that’s the situation for the whole of Europe as there was no verified fan option but during the sale there was no waiting line just a waiting lobby People got access to the ticket selection page randomly so people who got to the waiting lobby later got the opportunity to buy tickets first than some people that were waiting for longer, but what’s even worse was that we had absolutely no information about prices or even the final seating plan. And what happened to me and to a lot of people was that when we finally got to the page to select our tickets we would hastily select them and press buy and even if it took you less than a minute to do that you were redirected to same page because the tickets we’d selected were no longer available but no matter which section you’d choose that kept happening and there were times there were no tickets available or only to some sections and but then when you were redirected to the page because once again the tickets you selected weren’t available the availability of tickets for the sections would change and you had no information of how many tickets were left in each section making it hard to Buy tickets the furthest I got was to the payment page and then they expelled me back to the lobby while I still had time to complete the purchase. I was also expelled at least five times to the lobby when I had already put the code and was trying to select tickets. This happened to so many people not just me. And the company (see tickets) wasn’t capable of helping or saying anything to us customers they provided no customer service while all of this was happening since the beginning of the sale they only resurfaced to say the “normal” tickets were sold out and there were only VIP tickets left even when this happened I wasn’t able to buy any of the cheaper VIP packages that were available because the same thing kept happening. In the end I was able to secure one of the most expensive VIP package which I’m grateful for at least I have a ticket but we’re not the richest country in Europe and I know this was a stretch for my parents and I feel kind of guilty because it’s a lot of money For our family but there are fans who couldn’t buy any tickets and that the vip packages were simply too much for them and well talking from experience I thought I’d be over the moon for securing a ticket but this was so stressful and I feel so bad that I’m just exhausted I’m still happy but I’m just I feel so defeated at the same time and I feel guilty for having a ticket and not be the happiest person alive…

I don’t know if you can do anything about this situation but if you do I know the Portuguese fans would be so grateful and I don’t want to put your well being at stake here and I don’t want to be out of place or anything and I have no right to ask anything of you and I have no idea what I’m talking about but would it be impossible to add another date for Lisbon? Or I don’t know come up with anything that could mend what happened today?

Having said all of this I’m sorry I took your time and I’m grateful for you and I look forward to see you finally after waiting for so long!

Also I know that you do everything humanly possible for us so if there’s nothing you can do or nothing to be done whichever reason that may be we’ll still support you no matter what and still be the swifties you know and love
