Tatsumi idly fiddled with the small eye necklace around her neck. She shook her head. “My father’s book. All his notes about monsters and rituals and everything from his travels is in it, and I’ve been adding to it for years. I hope he isn’t ticked off by me filling it with my crappy spelling. Everything I try to do in my life though goes back to this book. Uniting monsters, uniting people, crazy Tatsumi stuff...”
“... There’s this... ah, sword left behind from when my cousin died. It went to Kou and I to share but typically we just wind up stealing it from each other every couple of months. Neither of us even know how to use it but just the principal of it, really. I guess I don’t get attached to many things.”
