Leg day and planning new workouts
Hey!
I had an amazing leg workout yesterday, and I wanted to share it with you!
These are the exercises I did;
1: Squats 4 sets of 5 reps 65kg (143,3Ibs)
2: sumo deadlifts 4 sets of 6-8 reps 75kg (165,3 Ibs)
3: single leg, legpress 4 sets of 10-12 reps
4: abductions superset with addictions both 4 sets of 10-12 reps
5: lying leg curl 4 sets of 8-10 reps
6: bulgarian split squat 4 sets of 8-10 reps (burnout)
Sooo my plans for the future? I want to switch up my training program after watching Bethany Tomlinson's video about her squat PR. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1hyzGunkko&t=558s )
From next session I´m going to make my program like this; do one day with high reps low weight, and one day with low reps and high weight. The reason for this is that I have hit a plateau with my squats and I want to change that. I also obviously want to grow my booty more :-)

Chest day💪🏼
I have just started my easter vacation! This means that I can workout whenever I want and for as long as I want🙌🏻 Today was a chest day. And since I am new to training chest (I never bothered doing it earlier..) I get a lot of help from my bf❤ I am so happy that I have finally started incorporating chest days, I think that it will help me reach my goals when it comes to my physique☺
Some of the exercises I did today:
1: bench press 4 sets of 8 reps
2: incline db press 4 sets of 8-10 reps
3: seated chest press on machine 4 sets of 8-10 reps
4: cabel fly 3 sets of 10 reps
AND I finally increased the weight on my bench press🙌🏻
