Entry from Rosebud:
You: The cosiest blanket I have is thick but not overly heavy. It is a Christmas themed blanket with holly, deer, rabbits, and snowmen. I use it all winter, not just in December because I like it so much.
Reflection from Rosebud:
🧣 The Cosy Blanket I Use All Winter
It sounds like your blanket brings you a lot of comfort and joy, especially during the colder months. The fact that you enjoy it beyond just the holiday season shows how much it resonates with you and adds warmth to your everyday life.
Finding little things that bring you comfort, like your blanket, can be really important for your well-being. Embracing those cozy moments can help you create a sense of peace and happiness, especially during winter. Keep cherishing those simple pleasures—they can make a big difference in your day-to-day experience.
Insight from Rosebud:
Embracing comfort items can enhance daily happiness.
Haiku from Rosebud:
Blanket's warm embrace,
winter's chill fades to soft peace,
small joys weave comfort.

To the regressors and dreamers who:
✨ Experience harmful, obsessive, hateful, sexual, religious or any sort of intrusive thoughts
✨ Have bursts of sadness, anger or self destructive tendencies
✨ Relive the most traumatic moments of their lives while in their headspace
✨ Are struggling to come to terms with their coping mechanism
✨ Have a negative relationship with their regression or dreaming
✨ Feel selfish for wanting to be cared for while regressed or dreaming
✨ Aren’t sure whether they regress, dream, or both or neither
✨ Have an aversion to touch
✨ Are touch starved
✨ Grieve the loss of their childhood or lack thereof
✨ Are afraid of having a caregiver/babysitter/etc due to trauma
✨ Prefer to be alone and/or offline when slipping into your headspace
✨ Have ‘unconventional’ or mature interests in your regressed/dreaming mindset
✨ Berate themselves for being ‘childish’
✨ Struggle to connect with or relate to other regressors and dreamers
✨ Rarely regress or dream
✨ Can’t regress or dream unless they are under very specific conditions
✨ Have religious, medical, sexual or any kind of trauma
✨ Frequently vent regress or vent dream
✨ Don’t enjoy what’s commonly associated with regression/dreaming either due to preference or personal reasons
✨ Experience mental health issues or have mental disorders of any kind
✨ Feel forced to regress or dream a certain way and often feel invalidated by others
✨ Worry about being seen as ‘impure’ for regressing or dreaming for mental health reasons
✨ Don’t want to be babied or called cutesy nicknames
✨ Tend to regress or dream when high or intoxicated
✨ Refrain from sharing your coping mechanism online in fear of being harassed or sexualized
✨ Don’t have a safe space to indulge in your regression or dreaming
✨ Feel ‘too old’ to regress or dream and excluded from the community because of their age
You are deserving of the same love, care, kindness and respect as any other regressor or dreamer receives. Your experience is equally as valid as anyone else’s and don’t need any approval except your own. We’re all just trying to heal our inner selves, have fun and do what makes us happiest. Please be kind to yourselves and others and I wish you the very best on your road to recovery.

Not judging people's boundaries but a lot of times I see a post I plan to like but I read people's DNI and it is like no one over 25 so I obviously don't. I actually think it is smart for minors to put that but I am excluded from a lot of adult's blogs too. I just wanna like your awesome regression boards.
Sorry Peter Pan skipped my house
I have been involuntarily regressing since I was a teenager. You all will get "old" too some day.

Entry from Rosebud:
You: My favorite cuddly toy/stuffed animal varies. I like all the ones I have or I wouldn't have them. Hugging a stuffed animal can make me feel so comfy and safe sometimes. It is amazing the power these inanimate objects can have.
Reflection from Rosebud:
🧸 The Power Of Stuffed Animals
It's clear that your stuffed animals bring you comfort and a sense of safety. The way you describe your connection to them shows how meaningful these objects are in your life, providing warmth and reassurance when you need it most.
Recognizing the comfort that these toys provide can be a valuable insight into your emotional needs. It's okay to lean on these sources of comfort, especially during challenging times. Embracing what makes you feel safe and cozy is a healthy way to nurture yourself.
Insight from Rosebud:
Inanimate objects can provide significant emotional comfort.
Haiku from Rosebud:
Toys' gentle embrace,
comfort in their quiet hold,
safe haven within.

Agere journal prompts you can do in a digital agere journal.
when it comes to journaling, not everyone can have a physical journal, or find it hard to maintain. With that, I present digital journal prompts, simple prompts you can write the answer to in anyway you want. Personally, I like to use Waffle cus it has so many cute journal covers for free.
What's your favorite cuddly toy or stuffed animal?
Describe the coziest blanket you have.
Share a giggle-worthy moment that made you smile today.
What's your go-to comfort snack or drink?
If you could have any magical animal friend, what would it be?
What's a lullaby or comforting song that makes you feel safe?
Tell me about a bedtime story you'd like to hear tonight.
What color makes you feel the happiest and safest?
Share a simple, happy word that makes you feel warm inside.
If you had a super special playtime, what activities would you include?

I tried an apple and walnut candy I got as a present. I was worried because when I opened it the candy didn't look pretty... But it tastes good. 😃🌰🍬👍
