Anywhere from 2 to 3 million people hike a portion of the “A.T.” each year, with about 20,000 people completing the thru-hike on the winding trail from Georgia to Maine. This 2,180-mile long footpath traverses the scenic, wooded, pastoral, and wild Appalachian Mountains. As many of the hikers to this trail can attest, once you’ve experienced the A.T., it holds a special place in your heart for eternity.

i think we‘ve watered down the word "objectifying" a lil too much. i get when it’s jokes but when people unironically use it as a synonym for finding someone attractive it’s like... do you realize it means viewing someone as less than fully human lol
