didn't get too much done today, but i also didn't beat myself up over it like i usually would so that's nice. Tried not to aimlessly scroll through tiktok today too.

Journal:
I couldn't go to the gym today because of time constraints, but I did a 40 minute at home workout with resistance bands. First workout in forever!! I feel great. I also deleted any social media that has been making me feel bad (so everything except tumblr lol). I'm going to try to read a book chapter every time I want to use social media negatively. I also ate pretty healthily today with is a plus.

glow up goals
The goal of this ‘glow up’ is to feel more confident and put my energy into myself. This glow up is physical and mental. I don’t feel smart or pretty, so I should fix that. The main components of this glow up will be detailed below.  
Face
Improve skin care 
Fix natural beauty (eyelashes, eyebrows, lips) 
Start wearing less makeup (get more comfortable without eyeliner) 
Face messages  
Body
Lose weight (improve strength and stamina)  
Shave regularly 
Tanning  
Wear nails more (neutral colors, French tips) 
Wear more jewelry/ pierce ears 
Wear more flattering clothes (get rid of crop tops, wear more skirts)  
Hair
Light brown/ blonde hair 
Fix hair regularly 
Try to grow hair out/ get fuller hair with hair oils
Career
GO TO CLASS and STUDY 
START TAKING NOTES AGAIN!!!
Get another internship 
Take coding class/get certificate. 
Pick up a second language. 
Mental
Get off TikTok/ Instagram 
Stop comparing yourself to other girls 
Read more books

BREAKFEAST: eggs, oats, fruits, avocado toast, nuts, cream cheese bagel, etc 
LUNCH/DINNER: veggies, rice, eggs, soups, salads, chicken sandwiches, chicken anything, chickpeas, etc.  
My goal is to eat healthier in general.  
Gym Goals
Go to the gym 3x a week. Focus more on weights instead of cardio.
One at-home workout a week.
Do morning stretches/ yoga.
Go on an outside jog once a week.
