“Bonus” if everyone pressures her over the hat, which eventually leads to Marinette realizes that it can’t be fixed to be the exact same way, so she hides it and lies about it, leading to the episode blaming her for hiding things from her “totally understanding friends” (who are suddenly “totally understanding” and are only upset that she lied to them/”thought so lowly of them”) instead of her friends for making her feel like she had to be perfect.

This is either played as 'It's fine, and Marinette should have trusted Alya more' or 'It's not fine, and it's all Marinette's fault for trusting Alya in the first place and letting Trixx get so attached'. Or both.

Astruc would totally use the opportunity to brag about the whole, “She’s already taken!” line in “Truth” being foreshadowing.

May couple with confirming she's the future Hawkmoth and that it's all Mari's fault the heroes are still fighting her years later.

Which means that Chat makes the “reversible” mistakes (i.e: Cataclysming Bunnyx’s miraculous) while Ladybug makes the “permanent” ones.

Technically, this has already happened even back in “Befana,” so I don’t count it. Adrien has said that Marinette gave him that lucky charm forever.

Okay, so I accidentally thought up the saltiest AU yet. Like maybe a bit too salty even for me, because I typically like the class realizing their wrongs and being forgiven but damn.

Anyway, the idea is that the whole thing is all part of a movie they're filming.

Lila is actually Marinette's friend. They met years ago while Mari was on a vacation with her grandma and stayed in contact through the internet. When Lila's mom moves to Paris, she gets an idea.

See, Lila is an aspiring actress. After Marinette sent her the movie the class made in Horrificator, she thinks they could help her make a movie of her own, and convinces Mari to convince the class to play along.

The movie is about, well, basically it's pretty much the story we got from Canon! A Manipulative Liar comes to class, claiming to know so many celebrities. And the only one to know is the girl who is secretly one of the celebrities she lies about!

It took a lot of convincing to have Marinette play Ladybug. Lila thought it was just stage fright, not "I actually am secretly Ladybug!!", but she ends up going with it.

Marinette sends an email out to the rest of the class about the plot and how they're supposed to act. There isn't an exact script, as it's a big project and Lila thinks the improv could help, but there's a few points there're suppose to hit.

When Lila shows up, Mari is supposed to be "seething in rage", but she's happy to see that everyone is pretending to believe Lila's stories!

Only problem? Most of them didn't read the email. They don't know this is part of a movie they're supposed to be making. They genuinely fall for Lila's act and think Mari's jealous. You can toss in whoever you want to still be on Mari's side. Adrien is a must though since most plans center around him.

The various Akumas caused weren't part of the plan.

- Volpina was because Lila is a good enough actor that her fake emotions were enough to attract Hawkmoth and Akumatize her into the perfect actress: an illusionist.

- The second time she was Volpina, Lila had actually been out of the country for a while because of a family emergency. She just came back and was still upset about it when Hawkmoth used her.

- The Collector happened because Adrien was originally supposed to just be watching Ladybug footage on his phone, but he found the book and decided it'd make a good prop, but Mari still took it to give to the Guardian and stuff.

- Chameleon was because despite knowing it's an act, it still hurt Marinette a little to hear her friends saying that stuff to her. She and Lila were filming the bathroom confrontation when Lila noticed how upset Mari was. She was trying to be comforting and saved her from being Akumatized by taking the Butterfly herself.

- In Onichan, Adrien did invite Lila over so they could get footage for her movie, with Nathalie signing off on it. They didn't expect that posting the selfie could have Kagami get that upset. Adrien, Mari, and Lila bring her in on the production afterward

- Miraculer was a clusterfuck of things, but Lila's acting didn't help, even if Chloé knew it was an act.

- And Ladybug? The school staff and Mari's parents were in on it. It was all for the movie, Mari was never expelled. But Hawkmoth is a dick anyway.

Back to the main part of the production, yeah Adrien's definitely in on it. He read the email. His role is to be "the love interest". Totally Lila's idea to get Mari and him together.

This eventually all falls apart when the classmates who didn't know about the production decide to get back at Mari for her behavior by, like, destroying her sketchbook or something.

Those who did know that it's a production, especially Lila, are all like "wtf are you doing?? I know you're supposed to be turned against her but that's her actual sketchbook holy fuck???"

When Mari, Lila, Adrien and whoever else was aware realize "oh.... you guys had no idea that we've been filming a movie". They explain what was going on but honestly? Marinette is super hurt. Because they really thought that she could be that horrible to someone out of jealousy. And sure, that was the point of the production. But the fact that they were swayed so easily into thinking she could do that....

Yeah, she has a hell of a lot of righteous fury. Hawkmoth might've had a field day if he hadn't been busy at the time.

From there they stop the production. They only had half the footage they though anyway, since other classmates hadn't been recording as they didn't know they were supposed to. They salvage what they can into a decent movie though.

Mari and Lila go to their normal "actually best friends" thing. Adrien hangs out with them still, though he's highly disappointed in the classmates who went too far.

The other ones who were in on it are also still friends. But that group that went to far? They're going to have to do a hell of a lot to get back in Mari's good graces. If they can at all.

Daminette AU idea part 2

The Dinner, The Hero

Marinette agrees, so long as she can bring Captain along, and as long as she's not working that evening and they settle the date for Friday evening. Now he knows her past and he's furious with Paris and wants to protect her even more. But he also doesn't want to treat her differently because he's terrified that when she finds out he's a Wayne, she'll freak out. 

Marinette makes BatFam macaroons for the dinner, puts Captain on a leash, and puts all the Miraculous jewels into her purse and the kwami all seal into their jewels before she goes down to meet Damian, who took a nondescript car with his father to pick her up. Bruce is very careful with his movements, and it tips her off that they all know about her past, but she's grateful that she doesn't have to be as on guard, especially with Captain being as protective as he is. When they drive towards the city limits she's not freaking out because she knew Damien was well off but when she sees Wayne manor she does have an internal freak out (because how the hell did she NOT know, but she sees Damien worrying and she realizes that he definitely looked her up before today so they could make sure she's not a threat, so she takes his hand and smiles. So they get to the Manor and Alfred opens the door to greet them. But Dusuu senses her old bird, her last good memory before Hawkmoth and she flies out of her purse and hugs Alfred's cheek, crying how much she missed him. Everyone is having a private freak out now (because Bruce and Damien are both thinking "what the f*** is that?" and Marinette is freaking out because "dammit Dusuu, be more careful! Now what am I supposed to tell them?!" and Alfred is so happy, because loosing Dusuu has been haunting him for decades and he's so happy she's okay and back). 

"can we take this inside before I explain?" Marinette asks quietly, and Damien takes her hand, smiles, and leads the way inside. Alfred snaps back to butler mode and takes her impressive leather jacket, and the macaroons, and leads the way to the family room where everyone (Stephanie, Barbara, Cassandra, Dick, Jason and Tim) and everyone is looking at Dusuu like "wtf". Bruce introduces his family and Damien introduces Marinette (who, when she sees Dick knows he's Nightwing and realizes they're all in the business and how lucky are they that they have so much support!). She is about to explain when Alfred takes the lead surprisingly and explaining his time with Dusuu during the army and how he lost her in a mission. He explains about the magical ability she holds and what she represents. Dusuu is just on cloud nine to be reunited with her favorite ever birdie and won't let go of him. So Marinette hands over the broach and smiles, saying that when the time comes, she will be taking it back, since she is the guardian of the box. Tikki jumps out at that point and says that as guardian she shouldn't be handing Miraculi so easily, without properly testing someone, and Marinette turns Tikki around to look at Dusuu's crestfallen face and Tikki relent, but says she needs to keep a close eye on Alfred, no skipping her duties. She nods and, with the entire family staring at her she gets embarrassed and transforms into Ladybug. But her costume is completely different, because she's so different. It's now a black leather suit with ladybug wing like Cape and hood, and gloves with the spots. Instead of five dots though, she has ten, showing that she's grown more powerful. She explains the happenings of Paris from her point of view, letting certain things like the torture be untouched, because she just wasn't ready. Everybody is so impressed she did all that alone and while injured and they want to adopt her and maybe use her skills, but she's not ready to suit up for a fight. She's been through too much, hurt too deeply and they all understand (Barbara is instrumental in making them back the hell off). 

And so they have dinner like this once a week, for a month, with the entire family coming together and falling a little in love with Marinette. 

One day Jason asks if they still own the pent house in Gotham, and if so, why don't they give it to Marinette (because she refuses to live off their charity and become part of the family because she looks the same and all it would take is one picture to Paris and she's screwed). They all agree and bring it up, saying it's closer to school, more secure (with a panic room that alerts them to her and let's her help out behind the scenes on missions) and has a safe for the jewels. So she thinks about it, but her house gets broken into again that evening while she's at work, and Captain gets injured (not badly, but it's enough) and so she moves into the penthouse, where the Wayne men tried to make it more to her taste and expanded the balcony to have a large garden, installed a doggy door for Captain and they even made a sewing room for Marinette, because she used to love it and maybe one day she will again. Bruce surprises her more by handing over the property to her completely, and saying she will still have to pay utilities (not that she will know that they are greatly reduced) but she will be safe at last. 

Marinette keeps working and homeschooling and now she sometimes helps Alfred and Oracle on computers, making strategies for them to keep more people safe. She also trains in self defense with the family once a week, so they worry less about her. She is starting to heal slowly. And then a world ending event happens. Who knows what, but the Justice League and Teen Titans are completely overwhelmed (maybe Raven's dad makes a comeback) 

"Does anybody have a plan zed?" Batman asks, completely bloody and exhausted. Most of Metropolis. Star City and Gotham is already leveled. Over the coms they hear a brand new voice "I do". It's definitely feminine. Super man freaks out a little "Who is this?!". 

"on your left" she answers (yes, avengers reference) 

Marinette jumps out in the black cat suit, launches herself into battle and decimate the enemy in less than five minutes. She comes walking over slowly afterwards and the league is just like "who is she? Who brought her in?" and slowly, one by one the league looks to the bat's and they're all looking at Damien, who is looking at Marinette like she is the answer to the universe and everything good and right in the world. She sees the destruction and the wounds on the hero's and does a one to another transformation into Ladybug and does a mass cure, healing the heroes, fixing the buildings and bringing back the dead before passing out in Robin's arms. He was quick to take off his Cape and cover her before anyone could see her face. The bat's take her back home to let her rest and the other heroes come over outside of costume to meet the new BatKid. 

And in Paris? Adrien hears about the Ladybug cure in Gotham and decides he will get his princess back now.

My notes to Ezras and Veronikas blind-reaction video

I’ve watched this video like at least 3 times today because honestly, Ezra is comedy gold and a whole ass mood. Also I wanted to get as much information out of their reactions as possible and at the same time try to figure out what episode we are dealing with here. My guess is “Kwami Buster” what do you think?

But now for my notes. Get something to eat and drink I’ve got 4 whole pages ^^

Ezra just dead ass comfirmed Mark + Nathanael as canon, nice!

episode starts in a location we’ve already been in s1 but rarely and we havent discovered it much so my guess is this:

The only time an akuma attack took place in there was in “Mr. Pigeon” and it rarely came up in other episodes.

a “her” is possibly up to something

a “she” (It didnt seem to be the same person) has alot to speak in this episode but normally doesnt speal much -> Ezra; she kinda does -> Veronika

A character has an ongoing theme, it happenes over and over (progression in the season/s). They dont know wjere the creators will go with it but Ezra theorizes it’ll be a massive sacifice. ( I think they are talking about Marinette here, who will maybe see something like Adrien and Kagami together and gets sad over it again. Since she will give up her love for him in s3 finale I find this more than likely). Also Veronika said first she cant imagine it being super sad and then mentioned Marinette slightly with “Like, Ladybug’s...” but then cuts off and agrees with Ezra that “it could be very sad” because Ezra said that he thinks itll be a massive Sacrifice because the show doesnt shy away from real emotions/feeling, espacially love and passion.

something new came up that teaches us about the term all of season 3 has been dealing with. We havent seen it yet, but its setting up why “they” happen. (No idea on this one)

something completely different and exciting came up (They are MARELING!) “Its beautiful!” “This is gorgeous!”. Never done before and something slightly origin story like (My bets are that this is a continuation of Master Fus backstory in “The collector” and its done kinda in the way of his painting like flashback pics

A “him” is in it and they are very excited about it (could be younger Fu but it could be anyone, really)

The voice actor whos telling the tale (another reason why I think its Fus backstory) is gonnabe very very busy

the whole sequence is going on for a while

Huge responsibility for Marinette (also another reason for the Backstory. I think this would be the episode he will start actually making Marinette a guradian of the Miraculous and therefore trusts her with even more of his backstory and what happened in the past

Veronika feels for a character alot of other people start to feel for too. She calls the person “missunderstood” (I think its Natahlie)

One story line Ezra knows very little about came up next and Veronika wonders if it will come up again “at the end of recordings” (so the Finale) (I thinks its the storyline of what happened to Emilie)

Very funny Adrien and Plagg moment that has alot of Fanart already -> its cute

right afterwards something “very different” happened and Ezra was SHOOK AF

A “hat thing” came up several times in the whole episode. Its gonna need a voice actor, its new to the story but not a character per se. “Its like a significant character in another characters being” (wtf??)

Once again something “very different” happened and Ezra is delighted and shook part 2

“look at its/his mouth” followed immediatly by a little conversation about hawkmoth winning and that it becomes more and more possible by every passing episode

“Sweet Plagg” Plagg either being normally cute or adorable or hes sweet and sensitive in a bad situation (ITs so THE laTER ONE YALL!!!)

SOMETHING HAPPENED! Ezra was so fucking SHOOK PART 3 that they repeated his high pitched “WHAT???!!?!??!?!?” three times!

Veronika: “How can they do that though! :D”

Ezra: “NOOOOOO WAY!!!!! (°ロ°) 

Veronika: “What are they gonna do? :D”

Ezra: “There he goes! D:”

She was smiling and so excited and he dead ass sat beside her this close to having a mental breakdown (like I said this glorious man was a whole ass mood this entire video)

It seems something so massive happened that Ezra yelled: “The series is over! How can we have a Series if THAT happened? We dont have a Series if THAT. JUST. HAPPENED!!!!”

The only thing massive enough to end the series is Hm getting the ultimate power in one way or another. (everything else from reveal to betrayal and death is just an obstical to overcome in the plot, but Hm getting the ultimate power is presented to us as instand game over!) And with the little context we got from them from just moments before it seems to actually fit?? WTF??? In the episode I’m trying to put together with the context here it seemes that through Kwami buster Hawkmoth has got both Plagg and Tikki and was able to power up through them without getting the ultimate power just yet because for that he needs the jewellery to channel the powers. So I guess now Hm would only need Lbs and Cns empty jewellery so he cant combine them and game over.

Both Veronika and Ezra are just seriously loosing it (but most of all him)

“look how giant it is!” “And much bigger!” implying that we say whatever they talk about smaller before (for some reason my mind immediatly went to the giant butterly Hawkmoth head in the “origins”)

They are confused about how something (important) works

Something is there that we have seen in another episode before (1 Episode? Not sure but it has to be something rarely seen) + they are confused by it

something hilarious happened

a new ship can be merged in this episode (Maybe Marinette and Adrien with other Miraculous’? Maybe this is where we’ll get Dragonbug and Snake Noir because at some point later in the episode they would have to get Tikki and Plagg back making DB and SN possible)

The puns (in english) are WILD

it seems to feel like a classic Ml episode but with so many new elements. Not something we’ve seen before and I believe them! :D)
