Every time I watch Fight Club and I see the whole set of scenes of The Narrator being annoyed about Tyler and Marla having sex, I have to remember that it’s literally just The Narrator, but he’s got such a huge disconnect that he’s just imagining it being somebody else and he’s just overhearing it.

And the scene when he’s trying to meditate to deal with the pain of his burn and he literally goes to kiss (?) Marla but he just.. gags? Literally gags??
